Supervisory Border Patrol Agent Proposed for Removal, Reinstated to Former Duties

A Supervisory Border Patrol Agent in the Rio Grande Valley Sector was proposed for removal from Federal Service following allegations stemming from an enforcement action. The charges included:

1. Conduct Unbecoming a Supervisory Border Patrol Agent

2. Conduct Prejudicial to the Government

3. Integrity-Related Misconduct

4. Misuse of Position

5. Arrest
